Ingredients
  

For the cake
  • 1 box White cake mix Ingredients needed for cake mix (as listed on package)
  • 1 pkg Strawberry gelatin
For the filling and topping
  • 1 cup Blueberries Fresh
  • 8 oz Cream cheese Softened
  • 1 cup Whipped topping
  • 1 cup Powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Prepare the white cake mix according to the package instructions and bake in a 9x13 inch pan.
  2. Once the cake is cool, poke holes throughout the cake using a fork.
  3. Prepare the strawberry gelatin according to package directions and pour it over the cake, ensuring it seeps into the holes.
  4. Refrigerate the cake for at least 2 hours.
Making the Cheesecake Topping
  1. In a separate bowl, beat together cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  2. Fold in the whipped topping.
  3. Spread the cheesecake mixture over the chilled cake.
  4. Top with blueberries.
  5. Chill again before serving.

Notes

Make sure the cake is completely cool before poking holes and adding the gelatin for best results. You can customize the recipe with other berries or different flavors of gelatin.
