  • 400 g beef (thinly sliced) Use tender cuts for better texture.
  • 200 g broccoli Cut into florets.
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce Adjust quantity for stronger flavor.
  • 1 tsp ginger Fresh ginger provides the best flavor.
  • 1 tsp cornstarch To thicken the sauce.
  • 2 tbsp oil For cooking.
  • 100 ml water To help steam the broccoli.
  • to taste salt & pepper Season according to preference.

Method
 

Cooking
  1. Heat oil in a wok or pan over high heat.
  2. Add the thinly sliced beef and cook until browned.
  3. Toss in the broccoli and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes.
  4. Pour in the soy sauce, ginger, and water.
  5. Mix in the cornstarch to thicken the sauce. Season with salt and pepper.

Notes

For serving, consider garnishing with sesame seeds or green onions, and serve over rice or noodles. Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
