Ingredients
  

For the Crostini
  • 1 baguette 1 baguette, thinly sliced Use a fresh baguette for best results.
  • 2 tablespoons 2 tablespoons olive oil For brushing the baguette slices.
For the Beef
  • 1 pound 1 pound beef tenderloin, trimmed Trimmed for leaner slices.
  • Salt and pepper to taste Adjust seasoning according to preference.
For the Cream Sauce
  • 1 cup 1 cup heavy cream For a rich and creamy sauce.
  • 1/2 cup 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese Adds flavor and thickness to the sauce.
  • Fresh chives for garnish Finely chopped, for garnish.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Arrange the baguette slices on a baking sheet and brush them with olive oil.
  3. Bake for about 5-7 minutes or until golden and crispy.
Cooking Beef
  1. Season the beef tenderloin with salt and pepper, then sear in a hot skillet for 3-4 minutes on each side for medium-rare.
  2. Remove the beef and let it rest before slicing thinly.
Making the Cream Sauce
  1. In the same skillet, add heavy cream and Parmesan cheese, stirring until the sauce thickens.
Assembly
  1. Top each baguette slice with a slice of beef and drizzle with Parmesan cream sauce.
  2. Garnish with fresh chives and serve immediately.

Notes

For storage, keep the beef, baguette slices, and Parmesan cream sauce in airtight containers in the refrigerator. The baguette may lose its crunch over time, so it's best to eat them fresh.
