Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Brush the baguette slices with olive oil and place them on a baking sheet.
- Toast the baguette slices in the oven for about 5-7 minutes or until golden brown.
- Season the beef tenderloin with salt and pepper, then sear in a hot skillet for about 4-5 minutes on each side for medium-rare.
- Remove the beef from the skillet and let it rest before slicing it thinly.
- In the same skillet, add the heavy cream and bring it to a simmer. Stir in the Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
Assembly
- Place slices of beef on each crostini, drizzle with Parmesan cream sauce, and garnish with fresh herbs if desired.
Serving
- Arrange the Beef Tenderloin Crostini on a platter. Best enjoyed fresh out of the oven.

Use fresh herbs to garnish for added flavor. For a more robust taste, try marinating the beef for a few hours before cooking. Slice the beef thinly against the grain for a tender bite.
