Ingredients
  

Garlic Butter Herb Marinade
  • 500 g beef (cut into cubes)
  • 60 ml olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 2 tbsp melted butter
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley
  • Salt & black pepper to taste
Honey Soy Garlic Marinade
  • 80 ml soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 tsp grated ginger
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • Chopped green onions
Smoky BBQ Marinade
  • 100 ml BBQ sauce
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 tsp oregano
  • 1/2 tsp chili flakes
Spicy Latin Style Marinade
  • Juice of 2 limes
  • 60 ml olive oil
  • 100 ml teriyaki sauce
  • 1 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 tsp sesame seeds
Teriyaki Style Marinade
  • 60 ml olive oil
  • 100 ml teriyaki sauce
  • 1 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 tsp sesame seeds
Honey Mustard Herb Marinade
  • 2 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp thyme

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Combine all ingredients for each marinade in a ziplock bag.
  2. Mix well to ensure all ingredients are incorporated.
  3. Marinate according to the recommended time for each marinade.
Cooking
  1. Cook the marinated beef by grilling, pan-searing, or roasting.
  2. Serve with your favorite sides like rice, salad, or grilled vegetables.
