Method

Preparation of Meatballs
  1. Mix ground beef, egg, breadcrumbs, minced garlic, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  2. Shape the mixture into large meatballs.
  3. Heat oil in a pan and sear the meatballs until they are brown on all sides.
  4. Pour in the tomato sauce and let it simmer until the meatballs are cooked through, about 15–20 minutes.
  5. Optionally, finish cooking in the oven at 180°C (350°F) for 10 minutes.
Cooking the Beef Stew
  1. Sear the cubed beef in a pot over high heat until browned.
  2. Add minced garlic, tomato sauce, and red wine.
  3. Toss in the diced potatoes and chopped carrots.
  4. Let it all simmer until the beef is tender and the sauce thickens, about 35–45 minutes.
  5. Use a pressure cooker to speed this up to about 20–25 minutes.
Cooking the Steak with Onions
  1. Season the beef steak with salt and pepper.
  2. Cook it in a hot pan until it's browned.
  3. Remove the steak and cook the sliced onions in the same pan until soft.
  4. Add the steak back in and drizzle with soy sauce.
Cooking the Beef Fajitas
  1. In a hot pan, cook the beef strips until browned.
  2. Add the sliced red and green bell peppers and onions.
  3. Stir-fry for about 5–7 minutes until the vegetables are tender but still crisp.
  4. Serve in warm tortillas.

Notes

Enhance flavor with fresh ingredients. Don’t overcrowd the pan when cooking; it can make the meat steam rather than brown. For extra flavor, marinate the steak before cooking. Adjust seasoning according to your taste preferences.
