  • 1 cup Cheddar cheese sauce Homemade or store-bought as preferred.
  • 1/2 cup Beef broth or au jus Used to warm the deli roast beef.
  • 2 tbsp Butter For toasting the onion buns.

Preparation
  1. Heat butter in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Roast the onion buns in the hot skillet until golden brown on both sides.
  3. After roasting, add beef broth or au jus to the skillet.
  4. Warm the deli roast beef in the broth for a few minutes until heated through.
  5. In a separate pot, heat the cheddar cheese sauce according to package instructions or until bubbly.
  6. Assemble the sandwich by layering the warmed beef and cheddar cheese sauce on the roasted buns.

Notes
