Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C).
- Mix ground pork and veal in a food processor until smooth.
- Gradually add crushed ice while mixing until well combined.
- Add salt, white pepper, coriander, mace, and grated onion; blend thoroughly.
Baking
- Grease a loaf pan and fill it with the meat mixture, smoothing the top.
- Score a cross pattern on top of the meatloaf.
- Bake for 60–70 minutes, until browned and fully cooked.
- Let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
Serving
- Serve warm, sliced, paired with a dollop of mustard.
Notes
Store leftovers wrapped tightly or in an airtight container. Can be kept in the fridge for up to 3 days or frozen for up to 3 months. Customize with herbs or vegetables for additional flavor.
