- Mash the overripe bananas thoroughly in a bowl until mostly smooth.
- Add the eggs, vanilla extract, and melted butter. Mix well until fully combined and slightly creamy.
- In a separate bowl, combine flour, baking powder, sugar, and salt.
- Gradually add the dry mixture to the banana base, stirring gently to avoid overmixing.
- Pour in the milk and mix until the batter becomes smooth and fluid.
- Heat a lightly buttered pan over medium heat. Pour small portions of batter and cook until bubbles form and the underside turns golden.
- Flip and cook the other side until golden.
- Serve warm with your choice of toppings.
Notes
For perfect pancakes, use ripe bananas, do not overmix, maintain moderate heat, and flip the pancakes when bubbles appear.
