Preparation
  1. Mash the overripe bananas thoroughly in a bowl until mostly smooth.

  4. Gradually add the dry mixture to the banana base, stirring gently to avoid overmixing.
  5. Pour in the milk and mix until the batter becomes smooth and fluid.
  6. Heat a lightly buttered pan over medium heat. Pour small portions of batter and cook until bubbles form and the underside turns golden.
  7. Flip and cook the other side until golden.
  8. Serve warm with your choice of toppings.

Notes

For perfect pancakes, use ripe bananas, do not overmix, maintain moderate heat, and flip the pancakes when bubbles appear.
