Preparation
- Peel the banana and mango, and chop them into pieces.
Blending
- In a blender, add the banana, mango, yogurt, and milk.
- If desired, add honey or sweetener and ice cubes.
- Blend until smooth.
Serving
- Pour into glasses and serve immediately.
Notes
Serve chilled in tall glasses, garnished with a slice of banana or mango. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator; best consumed within 24 hours. Shake or stir before drinking as separation may occur.
