Ingredients
  

Fruits
  • 1 ripe banana Peel and chop into pieces.
  • 1 ripe mango Peel and chop into pieces.
Smoothie Base
  • 1 cup yogurt (or dairy-free alternative)
  • 1 cup milk (or dairy-free alternative)
Sweetener and Extras
  • 1 tablespoon honey or sweetener (optional) Adjust to taste.
  • Ice cubes (optional) Use for a colder smoothie.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Peel the banana and mango, and chop them into pieces.
Blending
  1. In a blender, add the banana, mango, yogurt, and milk.
  2. If desired, add honey or sweetener and ice cubes.
  3. Blend until smooth.
Serving
  1. Pour into glasses and serve immediately.

Notes

Serve chilled in tall glasses, garnished with a slice of banana or mango. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator; best consumed within 24 hours. Shake or stir before drinking as separation may occur.
