- In a bowl or directly in a jar, mash the ripe banana until smooth.
- Add the rolled oats, milk, yogurt, honey (or maple syrup), vanilla, and cinnamon to the mashed banana.
- Stir thoroughly until everything is well combined, ensuring the oats are fully coated with liquid.
- Cover the jar or container and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight.
- In the morning, give the oats a gentle stir and top with fresh banana slices, crushed graham crackers, shredded coconut, or a dollop of whipped yogurt.
Notes
Keep refrigerated for up to 3 days. Store in airtight containers or mason jars for meal prep. For added protein, consider adding chia seeds, protein powder, or peanut butter.
