Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, mix the mashed bananas and eggs until well combined.
- Stir in the rolled oats, brown sugar, milk, cinnamon, and baking powder.
- Grease a baking dish and pour the mixture into it.
Baking
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until set and golden on top.
- Allow to cool before cutting into squares and serve warm.
Notes
Serve warm or at room temperature; pairs well with honey, yogurt, or fresh fruit. Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 5 days or freeze for up to 2 months.
