  • 2 pieces eggs
  • 2 cups rolled oats You can substitute with quick oats if necessary.
  • 1/3 cup brown sugar Adjust based on your taste preference.
  • 1 cup milk Any type of milk can be used, including dairy substitutes.
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon Can be replaced by nutmeg or pumpkin spice for variation.
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix the mashed bananas and eggs until well combined.
  3. Stir in the rolled oats, brown sugar, milk, cinnamon, and baking powder.
  4. Grease a baking dish and pour the mixture into it.
Baking
  1. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until set and golden on top.
  2. Allow to cool before cutting into squares and serve warm.

Notes
