  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips Feel free to sprinkle extra on top.
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease an 8-inch square baking pan.
  2. In a mixing bowl, mash the bananas until smooth.
  3. Add the cottage cheese, eggs, and vanilla extract; mix well.
  4. In another bowl, combine the flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
  5. Slowly add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
  6. Fold in the chocolate chips.
  7. Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and spread evenly.
Baking
  1. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
