  • 2 pieces boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1/3 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • Fresh strawberries, sliced Use ripe strawberries for sweetness.
  • Burrata cheese Can substitute with fresh mozzarella or feta.
  • Fresh basil leaves for garnish Feel free to add other fresh herbs like mint or arugula.

Preparation
  1. Preheat the grill or a skillet over medium heat.
  2. In a small bowl, mix balsamic vinegar, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  3. Marinate the chicken breasts in the balsamic mixture for at least 30 minutes.
Cooking
  1. Grill or cook the chicken for about 6-7 minutes on each side, or until cooked through.
  2. Let the chicken rest for a few minutes before slicing.
Assembly
  1. Layer the sliced chicken on a serving plate, add slices of strawberries and chunks of burrata on top.
  2. Garnish with fresh basil leaves. Serve immediately.

Notes

Great served warm, this dish can be paired with a simple side salad or crusty bread. Enjoy with chilled white wine or sparkling water. For leftovers, store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 days. Reheat the chicken gently and add fresh strawberries and burrata just before serving to keep them fresh.
