  • 1 pkg Taco seasoning Choose mild or spicy based on preference.
  • 12 small Small flour tortillas You can also use corn or whole wheat tortillas.
  • 2 cups Shredded cheddar cheese Other cheese options include pepper jack or Monterey jack.
  • 1 cup Diced tomatoes Fresh or canned can be used.
  • 1 cup Sour cream For topping before serving.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned, then add the taco seasoning.
  3. Cut small circles out of the flour tortillas and place them in a greased muffin tin.
  4. Fill each tortilla cup with the seasoned beef, then top with shredded cheddar cheese and diced tomatoes.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 10-15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the tortillas are crispy.
  6. Serve warm and top with sour cream.

Notes

Serve with a variety of toppings like salsa, guacamole, or lettuce for customization. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 2-3 days. Reheat in the oven for best results.
