  • 4 pieces sub rolls or Italian hoagie buns
  • 8 slices salami
  • 8 slices pepperoni
  • 8 slices provolone cheese
  • 1/2 cup sliced banana peppers
  • 1/4 cup sliced black olives
  • 1/4 cup diced tomatoes
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Slice the sub rolls in half and lay them on a baking sheet.
  3. Layer the salami, pepperoni, provolone cheese, banana peppers, olives, and tomatoes evenly on the rolls.
  4. In a small bowl, mix olive oil, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Brush this mixture over the sandwiches.
Baking
  1. Bake in the preheated oven for about 10-12 minutes, until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  2. Remove from the oven, let cool slightly, and serve warm.
