Chicken and Seasoning
  • 4 pieces boneless, skinless chicken breasts Use to create the base of the dish.
  • 1 tbsp olive oil For drizzling over chicken.

  • ½ tsp onion powder For seasoning the chicken.
  • ½ tsp smoked paprika For seasoning the chicken.
Creamy Topping
  • 1 package cream cheese, softened Essential for the creamy topping.
  • ½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese Adds melty texture and flavor.
  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese For a rich flavor.
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced Enhances flavor.
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning For herby depth.
Garnish
  • ¼ cup chopped fresh parsley For garnish before serving.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a baking dish.
  2. Arrange the chicken breasts in the dish and drizzle with olive oil.
  3. Season both sides with salt, black pepper, onion powder, and smoked paprika.
Cream Cheese Mixture
  1. In a bowl, mix the softened cream cheese with mozzarella, Parmesan, minced garlic, and Italian seasoning until smooth and well combined.
  2. Spread this mixture evenly over the top of each chicken breast.
Baking
  1. Bake for 25–30 minutes, or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C).
  2. For a lightly golden top, switch to broil for the last 2–3 minutes, watching carefully.
Serving
  1. Remove from the oven and let the chicken rest for 5 minutes before serving.
  2. Garnish with fresh parsley.

Notes

Serve with roasted broccoli, green beans, or carrots. Pair with mashed potatoes or buttered pasta. Add spinach or sun-dried tomatoes to the cream cheese mixture for extra flavor. Swap mozzarella for provolone for a sharper taste.
