Ingredients
  

Filling
  • 2 cups leftover chicken, shredded You can use fresh cooked chicken if preferred.
  • 4 strips bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1 cup ranch dressing Can substitute with another dressing if desired.
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or a blend) Pepper Jack can be used for a spicier flavor.
Wrap
  • 4 large flour tortillas Whole wheat tortillas are a healthier option.
  • as needed Cooking spray or oil for frying Light coat is sufficient.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a bowl, combine the shredded chicken, crumbled bacon, ranch dressing, and shredded cheese. Mix well.
  2. Place about 1/4 of the mixture in the center of each tortilla.
  3. Fold the sides in and roll the tortilla to enclose the filling.
Cooking
  1. Heat a skillet over medium heat and lightly coat with cooking spray or oil.
  2. Place the burritos seam-side down in the skillet and cook until golden brown and crispy, about 3-4 minutes on each side.
Serving
  1. Serve warm and enjoy with salsa, guacamole, or extra ranch dressing for dipping.

Notes

For variations, consider adding black beans, corn, or avocado. Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat in a skillet or the microwave.
