Preparation
- In a skillet, cook the ground beef until browned. Drain excess fat.
- Add chopped bacon and ranch seasoning to the skillet, mixing well and heating through.
- Place egg roll wrappers on a clean surface, spooning the beef mixture and shredded cheese in the center.
- Fold the wrappers to form rolls, sealing the edges with water.
Cooking
- Heat oil in a deep pan over medium heat.
- Fry the egg rolls in batches until golden brown and crispy.
- Drain on paper towels and serve hot.
Notes
Serve with your favorite dipping sauces. Ranch dressing, barbecue sauce, or sweet chili sauce work great. For storage, keep in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to three days. Reheat in the oven or freeze un-fried rolls for later use.
