Ingredients
  

Main Ingredients
  • 1 pound bacon Cooked and crumbled (for topping)
  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened For easy mixing
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing Can use homemade for better flavor
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese Can be substituted with other cheeses
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
  • 1 package refrigerated crescent roll dough

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine the cream cheese, ranch dressing, shredded cheddar cheese, and chopped green onions. Mix well.
  3. Unroll the crescent roll dough and separate it into triangles.
  4. Place a spoonful of the cream cheese mixture on each triangle.
  5. Roll up the dough around the filling, starting at the wide end.
  6. Place the bites on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  7. Top each bite with crumbled bacon.
Cooking
  1. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
  2. Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving.

Notes

Serve warm with extra ranch dressing for dipping. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to three days. To reheat, bake at 350°F (175°C) for about 10 minutes.
