Ingredients
  

For the burgers
  • 1.5 lb ground beef Use preferably 80/20 ground beef for juicy burgers.
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 0.5 tsp onion powder
  • to taste salt and pepper
For assembly
  • 4 Bacon strips Cook until crispy.
  • 8 oz Lasagna noodles Cook according to package instructions.
  • 1 cup Marinara sauce Store-bought marinara sauce works perfectly.
  • 2 cups Mozzarella cheese
  • 0.5 cup Parmesan cheese

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
  2. In a bowl, mix ground beef with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Form the mixture into burger patties.
  3. Cook the patties on the grill for about 4-5 minutes on each side or until cooked through.
  4. Meanwhile, cook lasagna noodles according to package instructions.
  5. In a separate pan, cook bacon until crispy.
Assembly
  1. Place one burger patty on a noodle, top with marinara sauce, a layer of mozzarella cheese, followed by another noodle, another patty, more marinara, bacon, and finish with mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
  2. Broil in the oven until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  3. Serve warm.

Notes

Serve the Bacon Lasagna Burger with a side of salad or your favorite dipping sauce. Extra marinara sauce can be provided for added flavor. Ensure the grill is hot before cooking to achieve a good sear on the patties. Don't overcook the patties to maintain juiciness. Feel free to customize your toppings with additional ingredients like peppers or onions.
