- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, breadcrumbs, eggs, cheddar cheese, crumbled bacon, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Mix until just combined but do not overmix.
- Shape the meat mixture into a loaf and place it in a baking dish.
Baking
- Bake for 1 hour, or until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (70°C).
- Let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
Notes
Serve warm, and consider adding a drizzle of extra ketchup on top for enhanced flavor. Pairs well with pickles or steamed vegetables. Customize the meatloaf by using turkey or chicken, different cheeses, or adding chopped onions and peppers.
