Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Trim the ends of the asparagus and season with salt and pepper.
- Take a slice of bacon and wrap it around each asparagus spear, leaving the top exposed.
- Place them on a baking sheet and sprinkle with cheddar cheese.
Cooking
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until the bacon is crispy and the asparagus is tender.
- Serve hot.
Notes
If you have leftovers, let them cool down completely and store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat in the oven at 350°F (175°C) for about 10 minutes.
