  • a few Mint leaves Optional, for decoration.

Preparation
  1. Peel a long strip from the apple with a vegetable peeler, keeping the peel in a single long piece if possible.
  2. Roll the peeled strip tightly from one end to the other.
  3. Carefully thread the rolled apple onto a cocktail pick.
  4. Optionally, thread a piece of mint onto the pick to mimic a leaf.
