- Peel a long strip from the apple with a vegetable peeler, keeping the peel in a single long piece if possible.
- Roll the peeled strip tightly from one end to the other.
- Carefully thread the rolled apple onto a cocktail pick.
- Optionally, thread a piece of mint onto the pick to mimic a leaf.
Notes
Apple Rose Garnish can be served in various ways including on top of desserts or drinks. Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator, but it’s best enjoyed fresh.
