Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix the chopped apples, sugar, cinnamon, and lemon juice together.
- Unroll the crescent roll dough and separate it into triangles.
- Place a spoonful of the apple mixture at the wide end of each triangle and roll it up.
- Place the rolls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Dot each roll with a small piece of butter.
Baking
- Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes or until the rolls are golden brown.
Serving
- Serve warm, drizzled with caramel sauce or topped with whipped cream if desired.
Notes
Best served warm. Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container for 1-2 days at room temperature or up to a week in the refrigerator. Can freeze rolls before baking; thaw overnight before baking.
