Fruits
  • 2 pieces navel oranges, peeled
  • 2 pieces cara cara oranges, peeled
  • 1 piece banana, peeled
Liquid and Flavorings
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 piece vanilla bean, scraped (or 1/2 tsp vanilla extract)
Nut Butter
  • 2 tbsp almond butter

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Place all items in a high-powered blender.
  2. Blend for about 30 seconds until smooth.
  3. Serve immediately.

Notes

For best flavor, consume the smoothie fresh. If you must store it, it can be refrigerated for up to 24 hours, but may separate over time. Shake or stir well before drinking.
