  • 2 fillets Fish fillets (e.g., cod, tilapia) Choose your favorite type of fish.
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil For coating the fish.
  • 1 tsp Salt Adjust to taste.
  • 1 tsp Pepper Adjust to taste.
  • 1 tbsp Lemon juice Freshly squeezed is best.
  • 1 tsp Garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Paprika For added flavor.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Pat the fish fillets dry with paper towels.
  3. In a bowl, mix olive oil, salt, pepper, lemon juice, garlic powder, and paprika.
  4. Coat the fish fillets with the mixture.
Cooking
  1. Place the fillets in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  2. Cook for 10-12 minutes or until the fish is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
Serving
  1. Serve the airfried fish fillet hot, garnished with fresh lemon wedges.

Notes

Make sure to pat the fish dry for better crispiness. Feel free to adjust seasonings and don't overcrowd the air fryer basket. Leftovers can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.
