Ingredients
  

Spices for the tenderloin
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon Kosher salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon fresh cracked black pepper
Main ingredients
  • 1 12 ounce turkey tenderloin Use high-quality for best flavor.
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil Used for brushing the tenderloin.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the air fryer to 360 degrees F (180 degrees C).
  2. Combine onion powder, garlic powder, thyme, paprika, salt, and pepper in a small bowl and stir until evenly mixed.
  3. On a clean work surface, brush the turkey tenderloin with olive oil on all sides.
  4. Sprinkle the spice mixture on all sides of the tenderloin, pressing lightly to adhere.
Cooking
  1. Place the seasoned turkey tenderloin in the basket of the air fryer.
  2. Cook for 10 minutes, then flip and cook for an additional 10 minutes.
  3. Transfer the tenderloin to a cutting board and allow it to rest for 10 minutes before slicing.

Notes

Serve warm with roasted vegetables, fresh salad, or mashed potatoes. Feel free to drizzle with gravy or squeeze lemon juice for extra flavor. For storing leftovers, cool completely, then place in an airtight container and refrigerate for up to 3 days, or freeze for up to 2 months.
