  • 2 tablespoons olive oil Use as needed to coat the tomatoes.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Slice the tomatoes or cut them in halves.
  2. Toss the tomatoes with olive oil, salt, and your preferred seasoning.
Cooking
  1. Preheat the air fryer to 380°F.
  2. Place the seasoned tomatoes in the air fryer basket.
  3. Air fry for 8–10 minutes until juicy and slightly blistered.
Serving
  1. Serve as a side, on toast, or toss into pasta or eggs.

Notes

If you have leftovers, store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 2-3 days. To reheat, pop them back into the air fryer for a couple of minutes. Make sure not to overcrowd the basket for even cooking.
