Preparation
- Slice the tomatoes or cut them in halves.
- Toss the tomatoes with olive oil, salt, and your preferred seasoning.
Cooking
- Preheat the air fryer to 380°F.
- Place the seasoned tomatoes in the air fryer basket.
- Air fry for 8–10 minutes until juicy and slightly blistered.
Serving
- Serve as a side, on toast, or toss into pasta or eggs.
Notes
If you have leftovers, store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 2-3 days. To reheat, pop them back into the air fryer for a couple of minutes. Make sure not to overcrowd the basket for even cooking.
