Preparation
- Preheat the air fryer to 380 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Peel the sweet potatoes and slice each potato into even 1/4-inch-thick sticks.
Cooking
- Place the sweet potato sticks in a large mixing bowl.
- Toss the sweet potatoes with olive oil, salt, garlic powder, paprika, and black pepper until evenly coated.
- Cook in the air fryer in 2 or 3 batches, without overcrowding the pan, until the fries are crispy, about 12 minutes. Turn the fries halfway through cooking for even crispness.
Serving
- Serve immediately with your favorite dipping sauce.
Notes
Cool leftover fries completely before placing them in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to three days. To reheat, use the air fryer at 380°F for a few minutes to regain crispiness.
