Preparation
- Melt butter in a small skillet over medium heat. Add celery and onion, and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.
- In a bowl, combine bread, parsley, poultry seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Mix in the cooked onion and celery.
- Add the beaten egg to the bowl and mix until well combined.
- Pour in chicken broth and mix until fully incorporated.
- Roll the stuffing mixture into 8 equal-sized balls.
- Transfer the balls to a plate and refrigerate for at least 15 minutes.
Cooking
- Preheat an air fryer to 350 degrees F (180 degrees C).
- Lightly spray the stuffing balls with cooking spray.
- Place them in the air fryer sprayed side down, ensuring they do not touch one another.
- Spray the tops lightly with cooking spray.
- Cook in the preheated air fryer for 5 minutes, turn, and cook for an additional 2 minutes.
