  • 1 pound jumbo shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • Lemon wedges for serving

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F.
  2. Pat the shrimp with a paper towel to remove excess moisture.
  3. Drizzle olive oil on top of the shrimp and season with oregano, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Rub the shrimp with the oil and seasoning until well coated.
Cooking
  1. Arrange the shrimp in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
  2. Air fry for 4 minutes, then flip and air fry for an additional 3-4 minutes, until cooked through and opaque.
  3. Squeeze fresh lemon juice on top and serve immediately.

Notes

Make sure the shrimp are patted dry for a crispy texture. Don’t overcrowd the air fryer basket. Experiment with different spices or marinades.
