Preparation
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F.
- Pat the shrimp with a paper towel to remove excess moisture.
- Drizzle olive oil on top of the shrimp and season with oregano, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Rub the shrimp with the oil and seasoning until well coated.
Cooking
- Arrange the shrimp in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
- Air fry for 4 minutes, then flip and air fry for an additional 3-4 minutes, until cooked through and opaque.
- Squeeze fresh lemon juice on top and serve immediately.
Notes
Make sure the shrimp are patted dry for a crispy texture. Don’t overcrowd the air fryer basket. Experiment with different spices or marinades.
