Ingredients
  

For the radishes
  • 1 pound fresh radishes Washed, dried, and trimmed
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon grated Parmesan cheese Can be substituted with feta cheese
  • 1 teaspoon minced parsley

Preparation
  1. Preheat your air fryer to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
  2. Wash, dry, and trim the radishes. Cut them in half or quarters based on their size.
  3. In a small bowl, add the radishes, olive oil, garlic powder, and salt. Toss everything together until well-coated.
Cooking
  1. Place the radishes in the preheated air fryer basket.
  2. Cook for about 12 minutes or until the radishes are fork-tender, shaking the basket halfway through cooking.
  3. Once done, sprinkle the radishes with Parmesan cheese and minced parsley before serving.

Notes

Make sure to cut the radishes into even sizes for consistent cooking. Adjust the seasoning according to your taste; feel free to experiment with other spices. For an extra kick, add a pinch of chili powder or paprika. If there are leftovers, let the radishes cool completely and store them in an airtight container in the refrigerator. They are best consumed within 2-3 days for optimal freshness.
