Preparation
  1. Preheat the air fryer to 380 degrees F.
  2. Place the potatoes in a bowl with the olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper, and toss to combine.
Cooking
  1. Transfer the potatoes to the air fryer and arrange them in a single layer. Cook in batches if necessary.
  2. Cook until crispy with golden brown edges, shaking the basket halfway through, for a total of 20-25 minutes.
  3. Remove and add more salt to taste, if desired.

Notes

Cut the potatoes into even sizes for even cooking. Don't overcrowd the air fryer basket; cook in batches for best results. Feel free to adjust the spices according to your taste.
