Ingredients
  

For the Sandwich
  • 4 slices Italian bread or thick sandwich bread Use thick slices for better filling support.
  • 12 slices Pepperoni slices Feel free to substitute with other meats or add extra toppings.
  • 1 cup Mozzarella cheese Can be substituted with cheddar cheese.
  • 1 cup Provolone cheese Optional - can switch it with your choice of cheese.
  • 1/4 cup Pizza sauce Extra sauce can be served on the side for dipping.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Take two slices of bread and spread pizza sauce on one side.
  3. Layer pepperoni, mozzarella cheese, and provolone cheese on top of the sauce.
  4. Top with another slice of bread.
Cooking
  1. Place the sandwich in the air fryer basket.
  2. Air fry for about 8-10 minutes, or until the bread is golden brown and the cheese is melted.
  3. Remove from the air fryer, let cool slightly, then cut and serve.

Notes
