Preparation
  1. Toss pineapple pieces in melted butter to coat evenly.
  2. In a small bowl, mix together brown sugar, cinnamon, salt, and cayenne pepper.
  3. Sprinkle mixture over pineapple, ensuring each piece is well-coated.
  4. Preheat air fryer to 400°F (about 200°C).
Cooking
  1. Air fry pineapple for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway through for even cooking.
  2. Once done, remove from air fryer and serve immediately.

Notes

Serve air fryer pineapple with vanilla ice cream or coconut whipped cream; chopped toasted nuts add crunch. Store leftovers in an airtight container for 3-4 days. Reheat in the air fryer for a quick treat.
