  • 2 cups Cooked pasta Any shape of pasta works.
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil For coating the pasta.
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced Fresh garlic adds great flavor.
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning For seasoning the chips.
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated For a cheesy flavor.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the air fryer.
  2. In a bowl, toss the cooked pasta with olive oil, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, and grated Parmesan cheese until evenly coated.
Cooking
  1. Place the coated pasta in the air fryer basket.
  2. Air fry at 400°F (200°C) for 6-8 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through cooking.
  3. Once golden and crispy, remove and enjoy as a snack or with your favorite dip.

Notes

If storing leftovers, keep them in an airtight container at room temperature and consume within a few days. Reheat in the air fryer for a couple of minutes to refresh crispiness.
