Main Ingredients
  • 4 cups 4 cups (90g) tortilla chips
  • 1.5 cups 1 ½ cups (350g) ground beef chili, or cooked ground beef seasoned with cumin and chili powder, or black beans and salsa Can use ground beef, chili, or vegetarian options.
  • 2 cups 2 cups (160g) shredded cheese A mix of cheeses is recommended for extra flavor.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Fill the air fryer basket to one-third full with tortilla chips.
  2. Top with half the ground beef chili (or cooked ground beef, or refried beans and salsa) and cheese.
  3. Add more nachos to about two-thirds of the way full.
  4. Top with the remaining cooked chili and cheese.
  5. Cook at 350F / 180C for 3-5 minutes, or until the cheese is melted.
  6. Remove from the air fryer and serve.

Notes

For best results, do not overfill the air fryer. Customize toppings for a variety of flavors. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 days.
