Preparation
- Bring a large pot of water to a boil and cook the macaroni pasta from the dinner package for 7-8 minutes.
- Drain the pasta and return it to the pot.
- Stir in the cheese sauce, milk, and margarine until well combined.
- Mix in the shredded Cheddar cheese until it melts completely.
- Refrigerate the mixture until it is firm, at least 2 hours or overnight.
- Scoop the mixture into 1 1/2-inch balls and place them in the freezer for 1 hour.
Cooking
- Preheat your air fryer to 350°F and spray the basket with cooking spray.
- Dip each ball in the beaten eggs, then coat it with the bread crumb mixture.
- Place the coated balls in the air fryer basket and cook for 6-8 minutes, turning once, until golden brown.
Notes
