  • 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together the Dijon mustard, honey, and olive oil until smooth.
  3. Season the salmon fillets with salt and pepper, then brush the honey mustard mixture over each fillet, making sure to cover the entire surface.
  4. Place the salmon fillets in the air fryer basket, making sure they are not touching each other.
Cooking
  1. Air fry the salmon for 8-10 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 145°F and the salmon is cooked through.
Serving
  1. Serve the salmon hot with lemon wedges on the side.

Notes

Make sure to coat the salmon evenly with the honey mustard mixture for maximum flavor. Do not overcrowd the air fryer; cook in batches if necessary to ensure even cooking.
