Preparation
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Season fish fillets with salt and pepper. Set up a dredging station: place flour in one bowl, beaten eggs in another, and breadcrumbs in a third bowl.
- Dredge each fish fillet in flour, dip in egg, then coat with breadcrumbs.
Cooking
- Place the coated fish fillets in the air fryer basket in a single layer and spray with cooking spray.
- Cook for about 10-12 minutes or until golden and crispy, flipping halfway through.
- Meanwhile, cook the frozen fries in the air fryer according to package instructions, usually around 15-20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway.
Make the Dipping Sauce
- Mix together mayonnaise, lemon juice, garlic powder, and paprika in a small bowl.
Serve
- Serve the golden crispy fish with hot fries and creamy dipping sauce.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 days. Reheat fries in the air fryer for best results. Adjust seasoning in the dipping sauce as desired.
