Ingredients
  

For the Fish
  • 4 pieces fish fillets (such as cod or tilapia)
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 2 pieces eggs beaten

  • 1 pound frozen fries
For the Dipping Sauce
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Season fish fillets with salt and pepper. Set up a dredging station: place flour in one bowl, beaten eggs in another, and breadcrumbs in a third bowl.
  3. Dredge each fish fillet in flour, dip in egg, then coat with breadcrumbs.
Cooking
  1. Place the coated fish fillets in the air fryer basket in a single layer and spray with cooking spray.
  2. Cook for about 10-12 minutes or until golden and crispy, flipping halfway through.
  3. Meanwhile, cook the frozen fries in the air fryer according to package instructions, usually around 15-20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway.
Make the Dipping Sauce
  1. Mix together mayonnaise, lemon juice, garlic powder, and paprika in a small bowl.
Serve
  1. Serve the golden crispy fish with hot fries and creamy dipping sauce.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 days. Reheat fries in the air fryer for best results. Adjust seasoning in the dipping sauce as desired.
