Preparation
- Marinate the chicken in buttermilk for at least 1 hour or overnight.

- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
Cooking
- Remove chicken from the buttermilk and coat in the flour mixture.
- Place the coated chicken in the air fryer basket and spray lightly with oil.
- Cook for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and cooked through.
