Preparation
- Preheat your air fryer to 325 degrees F (165 degrees C).
- Place the sliced English muffins in the air fryer and toast them until lightly browned, about 2 to 4 minutes. Remove and set aside.
- In a bowl, combine the tuna, mayonnaise, mustard, celery, onion, salt, and pepper. Mix well until combined.
- Divide the tuna mixture into 4 equal parts. Spread each part on an English muffin half.
- Top each muffin half with 1 slice of provolone cheese and 1 slice of Cheddar cheese.
Cooking
- Air fry the assembled tuna melts until the cheese is melted, about 5 to 8 minutes.
Notes
Serve warm right out of the air fryer. Pair with a side salad or crunchy chips. Great for sharing; cut the muffins into smaller pieces for appetizers. For added heat, consider diced jalapeƱos or cayenne in the tuna. Customize using your favorite cheeses.
