Ingredients
  

For the egg rolls
  • 1 cup shredded cabbage
  • 1 cup shredded carrots
  • 1/2 cup cooked chicken or pork (optional) You can also use other meats like ground beef or turkey.
  • 2 units green onions, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Cooking spray
  • 10-12 pieces egg roll wrappers

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a bowl, combine cabbage, carrots, green onions, cooked meat (if using), soy sauce, sesame oil, salt, and pepper.
  2. Take an egg roll wrapper and place about 2 tablespoons of the filling in the center.
  3. Fold the edges over the filling and roll tightly.
Cooking
  1. Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Spray the egg rolls lightly with cooking spray and place them in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  3. Cook for 12-15 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden brown and crispy.

Notes

Serve these egg rolls hot with your choice of dipping sauce. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. Reheat in the air fryer to regain crispiness.
