Preparation
- In a mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, crab meat, green onions, garlic powder, and Worcestershire sauce. Mix until well combined.
- Lay out wonton wrappers on a flat surface. Place a teaspoon of the crab mixture in the center of each wrapper.
- Wet the edges of the wrapper with water, then fold and seal, forming a triangle or a pouch.
Cooking
- Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- Lightly spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray.
- Arrange the crab rangoons in a single layer in the basket. Cook for 8-10 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
Serving
- Serve hot with soy sauce or sweet and sour sauce as desired.
Notes
If you have any leftover crab rangoons, store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 2-3 days. To reheat, place them in the air fryer at 350°F (175°C) for a few minutes until heated through.
