Ingredients
  

For the filling
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened Ensure it is softened for a smoother filling.
  • 1 cup cooked crab meat Imitation crab meat can be used as an alternative.
  • 2 each green onions, finely chopped
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
For assembly and cooking
  • 1 package wonton wrappers Don’t overfill to prevent bursting.
  • Cooking spray Spray basket well to ensure crispiness.
  • Soy sauce for dipping Sweet and sour sauce can be a good alternative.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, crab meat, green onions, garlic powder, and Worcestershire sauce. Mix until well combined.
  2. Lay out wonton wrappers on a flat surface. Place a teaspoon of the crab mixture in the center of each wrapper.
  3. Wet the edges of the wrapper with water, then fold and seal, forming a triangle or a pouch.
Cooking
  1. Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Lightly spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray.
  3. Arrange the crab rangoons in a single layer in the basket. Cook for 8-10 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
Serving
  1. Serve hot with soy sauce or sweet and sour sauce as desired.

Notes

If you have any leftover crab rangoons, store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 2-3 days. To reheat, place them in the air fryer at 350°F (175°C) for a few minutes until heated through.
