  • 907 grams chicken wings (drumettes and flats) Ensure they are thawed.
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil Used for coating.
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Prepare the chicken wings by separating them into drumettes and flats and ensuring they are thawed. Pat them dry completely.
  2. In a bowl, drizzle the wings with olive oil and toss to coat.
  3. Add garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper, and toss thoroughly.
Cooking
  1. Preheat the air fryer to 204°C for 2 minutes.
  2. Add the wings in a single layer to the air fryer and cook for 10 minutes at 204°C.
  3. After 10 minutes, flip the wings and cook for an additional 8 minutes.

Notes

Make sure to pat the wings dry for extra crispiness. Do not overcrowd the air fryer basket. Experiment with different spices or sauces for various flavors.
