  • 1 tablespoon olive oil To help season adhere and for cooking
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder For flavor
  • 1 teaspoon paprika For color and flavor
  • to taste Salt and pepper To season

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, toss the chicken breasts with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
Cooking
  1. Place the chicken breasts in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  2. Cook for 15-18 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
  3. Let rest for a few minutes before slicing and serving.

Notes

For extra flavor, marinate the chicken for a few hours before cooking. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to four days or freeze for up to three months.
