Main Ingredients
  • 4 slices Italian bread Fresh slices preferred for best flavor.
  • 1 cup cooked chicken slices or shredded chicken Use pre-cooked chicken for convenience.
  • 4 slices cooked bacon Crispy bacon works best.
  • 1/4 cup ranch dressing Feel free to add more to taste.
  • 1 cup cheese (e.g., mozzarella or cheddar) Mix and match cheese types for unique flavor.

Preparation
  1. Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Take slices of Italian bread and layer cooked chicken, cooked bacon, and ranch dressing on one slice.
  3. Top with cheese, then place another slice of bread on top to create a sandwich.
  4. Lightly brush the outside of the sandwich with oil or butter.
Cooking
  1. Place the sandwich in the air fryer and cook for 5-7 minutes, or until the bread is golden and crispy and the cheese is melted.
  2. Slice and serve warm.

Notes

These melts pair well with a side salad, crispy fries, or chips. Add extra ranch or hot sauce for dipping. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 2 days.
