  • 1-2 tablespoons Oil (olive oil or vegetable oil) For best results, use a light coating.
  • to taste Seasoning (salt, pepper, or preferred seasoning) Customize to your flavor preference.
  • optional Parsley flakes For garnish.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Drain and rinse the canned potatoes.
  2. Toss the potatoes with a little oil and seasoning to taste.
  3. Preheat the air fryer.
Cooking
  1. Place the seasoned potatoes in the air fryer basket.
  2. Air fry at 400°F (200°C) for 12-15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
  3. Once golden and crispy, remove from the fryer and sprinkle with parsley flakes if desired.
