  • 2 tablespoons olive oil Extra virgin olive oil recommended for flavor.
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder Can be adjusted to taste.
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder Can be adjusted to taste.
  • to taste Salt and pepper Season to personal preference.
  • optional grated Parmesan cheese Optional topping for added flavor.
  • optional balsamic vinegar Also optional, for drizzling before serving.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cut the cabbage into thick slices (steaks).
  3. In a small bowl, mix olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. Brush the mixture onto both sides of each cabbage steak.
  5. Place the cabbage steaks in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
Cooking
  1. Air fry for 12-15 minutes, flipping halfway through, until they are golden brown and crispy on the edges.
  2. Optional: sprinkle with Parmesan cheese or drizzle with balsamic vinegar before serving. Enjoy your tender and flavorful cabbage steaks!

Notes
